A desperately poisonous tragicomedy about the dark side of love.

This brilliant tragicomedy about an eccentric married couple, penned by Italian playwright Dario Fo (winner of the Nobel Prize for Literature) and his wife Franca Rame, is an acting opportunity for two outstanding actors – Jana Krausová and Karel Roden.

The comedy is an eternal clash between the male and female principles and a grotesque battlefield of the relationship between two people who kill each other in a comically clumsy search for love and harmony in their partnership. Above all, however, through laughter and anxious encounters in conflict situations, viewers can penetrate the inner lives of these characters and grow fond of them, even with their weaknesses and imperfections.
