During the workshop, you’ll learn the basics of linocut printing, from carving techniques to inking and printing. By the end, you’ll create your own unique stamp design and print it on paper. (Optional: Tote bag printing may be available for an additional fee.)

What We Will Do in the Workshop:

• Start with a short introduction to linocut printing and tools
• Sketch and develop your own simple stamp design
• Learn how to carve your design into a linoleum block
• Apply ink (red or black) and practice printing
• Create prints of your design on paper
• Take home your handmade stamp and prints

Workshop Details:

• Linoleum block size: 7.5 × 10 cm
• Ink colors available: Red and Black
